JMS 1.3.7 - WSOD after patches installed 1.3.33 9 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I have a big problem because after upgrading JMS and installed 1.3.33 patches I got a White screen of death and I can't restore my site and the slaves.

In error log there is nothing and the same modifing the php.ini to error_reporting E_ALL. I tried to put the error_reporting to maximum also in the configuration.php but nothing.

I have only a blank page with nothing in it.

I check the PHP version that is 5.4.4-14+deb7u14 and upgrade it to 5.5.9.

I also tried to put in the index.php the code:

error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', TRUE);
ini_set('display_startup_errors', TRUE);

with no results...

After that, I tried to replace manually the files of the patches thinking that they are the cause of the trouble but nothing.

I disabled multilanguage, some modules and plugins that I have recently insalled. Nothing happens.

After that I replace the Joomla core files but nothing.

Please I need help!!!

If you have a blank page and nothing in error_log file, the only solution is to debug your Joomla to try identifying the origin of the error.

If you want that we have a look on your server and debug you joomla, this is possible with our billable support that you can buy at

www.jms2win.com/en/joomla-multisite?page...35&category_id=1

Do I have to understand that your PHP version is 5.5.9 ?
or PHP 5.4 ?

For the moment, we didn't verified JMS on PHP 5.5
