At the top of this forum, it says "If you are a customer that have purchased JMS, you have a specific forum available when you are logged-in. So post your problems in this specific forum dedicated for you."

But I am not seeing it, even when logged in.

You need to login to post message in the forum like you did it.
Otherwise, you can not post messages
