When JMS compute the deploy directory, all the symbolic links are created with full path and not relative path.

In the new JMS 1.3.x that will be release soon, it is possible to specify a value for each Symbolic Links. So you will be able to put a relative path when you want it. You will be also able to create a symbolic link connected to another website or any directories.
