I've just updated to Joomla Multi Sites version: 1.2.93 and get this error when creating a new fresh slave site:

Fatal error: Class 'Jms2WinFile' not found in /xxx/xxxx/xx/xx/xxxxxxx/htdocs/aa-master/administrator/components/com_multisites/models/manage.php on line 1795

I would appreciate a prompt response.

This class should exists.
Otherwise you would get a fatal error to read the file

/xxx/xxxx/xx/xx/xxxxxxx/htdocs/aa-master/administrator/components/com_multisites/libraries/joomla/filesystem/jms2winfile.php


So verify that this file is present and has a content.

As you didn't reported a fatal error to include the file, I can just imagine that is correctly included and therefore that the class is present.

Otherwise, the file should not be included and you would get another fatal error prior this one.

the files jms2winfile.php exists but has no content. I had no error message during update.

this issue has been solved.
I have downloaded the new version again and re-installed and now everything works fine.
