Perhaps this is a temporary error cause by a transfer error.
I can just suggest you to retry the "Check Patches".

Remark: the "Check for Update" only update the patches definition and the JMS tools install and sharing definitions.

If you want to update from JMS 1.2.0 RC3 to JMS 1.2.0 RC5 (including the JMS kernel) you always can get the latest version from www.jms2win.com/get-latest-version
