I upgraded to 1.2.10 and now my admin section seems to corrupted or missing on one of my sites... stotlardrug.com/administrator

The message is clear. There is a missing file or the access to this file does not exists. So you have to check if the path exists. If seems it search for a ".... /multisites/stotlar//administrator/includes/defines.php" that does not exists. So you have to check if the multisites directory exists and the same for each sub-directories.
