I successfully installed (and updated) and i was very happy, but when i clicked on "new" in manage sites it opened a white window... If i click template, it opens a page witout any template... the same if i click on setting...

A white page is generally the result of a PHP syntax error.
Perhaps you could have a look if you have a "error_log" file in the root of
your website or in the "/administrator" directory.
This kind of file may store the error message.
If you find a fatal error in this error_log file, perhaps this will help you
to identify the reason.
Perhaps this is related to a permission on a directory or a file.
