Patches for mighty version 1.0

Plugin that contain the JMS Multisites patches definition for the Mighty extension.
Only the mighty extensions where were able able to install with a trial version are defined.
The extensions are defined for the installation and not for the sharing as the components are encrypted with IonCube and that we were not able to review the codes.

Most of the free public modules and plugins are also defined.
Require JMS Multisites version 1.2.30 or higher.

Remark:

Some Mighty extensions may have conflicts with JomSocial.
They are using the same extension name and the same MySQL table names.
