The patch appears to have been applied and I have disabled all plugins and modules with Rok in their names and still the same problem.

How do we enable a rocket theme template? Is there a special procedure?

Standard templates like Ja_Purity etc get enabled, RT templates are not visible in the front end.

To select another template for a website, you have to go in the Joomla / extensions / template manager / select the template and click on the default button.
