1) I will talk to Profile Pro developer.

2) I ment JMS with standalone site settings?

3) I calculated weight of site and traffic and I simplified in saying that one site would need a quad cpu, 8gb ram, and 1000 gb hard. Is it okay if you just make a Yes or No answer for this please?

I think that I have already replied to your questions.

3) The workload depends on the number of hits and not the number of sites.
Ask your hosting provider if this machine is enought for the estimated traffic that you didn't mentioned.
Start to estimate the traffic.
