Sorry but the video does not show the JMS templates parameters and we only connect on the server of a customer with billable support.
So if you want that we have a look on your server, please order our billable support at the

In this case, we will provide you our skype for chat and phone and will also ask you to download teamviewer to see our desktop during the support.

Very interesting that it is fixed now with this latest version. 1.2.77 Except the date format is still wrong on the frontend. screencast.com/t/QizB8ZEyTF I guess it wasn't my setup after all.
