The reason is that you have a DB Connection error on a specific website.

Based on the table prefix and your DB query, you should be able to identify in which website there is a call and therefore verify the DB connection in the "configuration.php" file.

Here, you seems perform a connection on the website with table prefix = "atl_"
So try identifying which Site ID correspond to this prefix.

This still makes no sense, the configuration.php files seem fine unless the program is suppose to add another database connection.

I mean I get there is something wrong with the connection but how? Everything was created within Multisites and I know its accessing other shared content already.

Update I can get the slave child to access the Master but no data is displayed
The slave can access any of them..

Perhaps you have a physical copy of the "/multisites" directory in the slave site that would have another information than in the master.

Check the kind of "multisites" directory that you have in the slave site.
Do you have a physical directory or a symbolic link or nothing ?
