We are actually working with subdomains. ncoaug.communities.oaug.org , for example. Would this make a difference?

Thanks Edwin, I had tried that already. To be more clear, our Multisite Master is already a subdomain. We are setup using this structure.

Master: master.communities.oaug.org
Slave1: ncoaug.communities.oaug.org
Slave2: analytics.communities.oaug.org
Slave3: neoaug.communities.oaug.org

Our root domain oaug.org is actually run from another Joomla instance not on Multisite. We connect our association member logins through your SSI plugin.

For each Slave, I have entered the secure and non-secure URL into the "List of domain names:"
For Example:



With the "Redirect to the first domain" set to "yes"

With this setup any Slave URL with https displays the Master site content. The URL in the browser will show "discretesig.communities.oaug.org" but the menu, images and page content are all from the Master Site.

Which is the result of the "hello.php" that display the domains ?
Do you have excatly the name that you listed ?
