This plugin allow the users remain logged when they change from one domain to another one.
This extends the apaches or IIS session sharing to different domains.
This is a plugin that must be installed in each websites with which you want to share the login.
It can also work without Jms Multi Sites.
In this case, it is required to share the Joomla MySQL sessions and users tables between the websites.
It is also required that you use the same "secret" value in the different websites or that each domain is pinged with the correct "secret" value correponding to the domain name.
Remark:
The plugin should also work for Joomla 1.6 but we didn't verified it
This plugin may perhaps not work when the apache suhosin module is installed.
This apache module adds security that may perhaps need to be disabled to make the sessions shared correctly.
