The menu " Multi site > Check for updates " leads to a page entitled "check patch installations".

This is probably the symptom that the file "zip" received is corrupted and can not be deployed.
Perhaps there is a communication problem that has corrupted the file.
FYI, the JMS 1.1.4 contain the latest "patch definition" available for the moment.
