Where is the bug reporting section?

It's minor and doesn't affect the functionality, but I get the following message at the top of the Joomla page and in some panels for other functions:

Dear knottinbots,
thank you for having reported this warning.

I have noticed that this variable is used in a debug trace that I enable sometimes to test some behavior.
I will remove this debug trace in the next version to avoid this warning.
