YES. You can create a "Website Template" with will refere to a website where you will have pre-installed some component and for example the VirtueMart compnent. After that, you can propose the possibility to create other slave sites based on this pre-installed webstes. See video in tutorial step 13 www.jms2win.com/tutorial
