I am trying to create a slave site in joomla 1.5.26 and have created my db user in cpanel, but for some reason multisites is trying to create a db user and gives me this error: "MakeDB - Unable to login as Root to create a DB user dynamically."
Is there a way to turn this off so that it doesn't try to create a db user dynamically?
