JCE shows no editing buttons 14 Years, 7 Months ago	Karma: 0
Good morning, Has anyone had any issues using JCE from master? My master site can use it just fine, but when I install from master in the slave, then apply the editor, there are NO editing buttons above the article text. I've installed the plugin from master, there is also a component which is also installed from master. Did I miss a step? ross

Ross, can you give me a screenshot or something like that to show me exactly the problem. I suppose that when you say install from the master you mean that you are using the JMS tools and that you have selected the JCE extension that you want to install in a slave site. Have you checked that you also have installed the plugin "editor - JCE 154" that is part of JCE

Here is a screenshot of the edit article page. There are no buttons along the top. Yes, in JMS tools I've select JCE extension (in plugins specifically), and it becomes an option to change the editor to JCE, but then I get... well, the screenshot. This happens on each slave site I try to install it into from master. ross
