hello, i've made a file to explain what i want but i can't attach a pdf file !!
i don't know if joomla multi sites can do that,
i need to be sure before buying the extension
i have two sites under one site wich would share some datas from VM : desc / images
but not the same vendors, either not the same prices

In VirtueMart, you can have different shopper group and you can setup different prices depending on the shopper group.
So if you want to share the same VM and have different prices for a same product then you have to investigate the solution to have different shopper group and therefore different prices depending on the shopper group.

As to the vendors I tend to set it up so each vendor=own category and then as Edwin says use the shopper groups for pricing.
VM2 will eliminate the need for this..
