Hello friends I am new in forum posting I don't know about disadvantage of forum if any buddy know about this please tell me

Here we are using the forum to allow customer posting their request concerning Jms multisite and also retreive all the answers that were reported in the different cases.
So the users could get the answer without the billable support that is also available.
Our forum is free and everybody can read the answers and potentially solve their issues without any request.

This is just a way to share the information with everybody.
