I have a publisher site setup and 2 slaves.
I recently purchased the Article sharing plugin and need to move some articles that were originally published on one of the slave sites to the publisher site so that they can be displayed on all sites.

Can you show me how to do this?

I am guessing I will need to join the slave and publisher site articles tables together and but dont know how to go about it.

If you don't have a lot of article, to the copy / paste from one website to the other one. Otherwise, I think it exists feeds that all import information form another website. I never used it. Finally, if you want to do MySQL request manually, you can try export the data content from one website and re-import in the other site. Becarefull to check that you have correct category ID, user ID, ....
