Hi When I go to the pages on my first slave site that I've done all the Urls are in the format www.domain.com/index.php/joomla-alias . Does Multisites always produce the URL on slave sites with index.php included or have I done the setup wrong somewhere along the way? Paul

When creating a slave site, JMS create the a special "index.php" that call the master one. So that the joomla global defined are correctly computed by Joomla and make reference to the slave site directory instead of the master website. Edit the "index.php" file present in the slave site to see how it works. In fact it evaluate the master one.
