I've just installed SobiPro and the addons.

Should I have to run the installation via Sobi both in the Master and the slave site?

I can't see any of the sobi apps present in 'Tools'.

Also related to Sobi is the fact that I'm making template alterations. Should these edits made in Sobi in the Master site then reflect in the slave site?

If SOBI Pro does not appear in the JMS Tool menu, this probably mean that they changed the name of the component on the disk.

When an extension is not in present in the JMS Tool then you have to re-install the extension in the slave site to let it create the MySQL tables used by the extension.

Would you please send us the SOBI Pro extension in the attachement of an email.
