Hi. Is there any way to retrieve latest articles or most read articles from different subdomains, randomly and alternative, and not from a single subdomain ?

You have the "Multisites Content Modules" that is doing that. It only works for Joomla 1.5. Now that Joomla 2.5 is release, we will develop a new product that will do the same for Joomla 2.5. This will be another product as Joomla has totally revamped the modules between 1.5 and 2.5.
