Hi, I am wondering, what will happen to the db-tables (with own prefixes), if I delete a slave site under "manage sites" (slave site is connected with the master-db). Will the slave-tables in the master-db be deleted too?

The slave site tables are deleted. So if the slave site use the same DB than the master website then yes the table prefix will be deleted. If for example the master website is located in dbmaster prefix master_ and the slave 1 website is located in dbmaster prefix slave1_ the all the "slave1_" tables present in the dbmaster will be deleted.
