can JMS synchronizes virtuemart products only from slave to master and not from master to slave ?

JMS is not based on synchronization but is based on the sharing.
Sharing mean that you have the information present only once and shared.
So you can not have something that is share in one direction.
When this is shared, you have the same information in both website.

Your question let suppose that you have duplicated content that require to be synchronized but this is not the concept of JMS. You can not do that.
Either you have separated content (not synchronized) or you share the content and in the case you have the same unique content.

Ok - but if i use the same database with different prefix for each slave i can see the same product on every product table . (master_vm_product - slave1_vm_product ....) all those tables got the same informations so i think maybe you can build a plugin or a patch that can make a real master that means when each slave save data we can see it only on master and this slave and not on the other slaves.

You make reference to "vm_" table that mean that you would like to share VirtueMart.
In JMS, you can already setup a rule to share the VirtueMart content.
So that you will have exactly the same VM content in the master and the slaves.

When sharing VM, this also share the users.

All the websites will share the same VirtueMart content.

Your requirement to work in only one direction suppose that you duplicate the content between the website or change the "VM product" layout to add a column with the "site ID" and filter the display in the website based in this site ID. The second solution present the advantage that the product ID is unique. Such solution require to modify VM to filter the info based on the site ID added in the product.

If your requirement is just to display in the master all the products of the slave site, perhaps you should investigate the "rss feed" to automatically import the catalog from another website.
