What do you mean by I don't see the download list ?
Do you use a latest JMS version.
It requires a JMS 1.2.70 or higher.

1) Yes the Multisites Custom HTML is compatible with joomla 2.5 and is flaged as such in our product catalog.

2) Concerning you specific requirement to be able enable/disable the module in all websites simulatnously, this is not present.
I take note that as a new feature request.

3) Concerning the upgrade, you need to re-install the extension in the slave site and let the extension proceed with its own upgrade. There are other post that explain that in detail.
