There is something i am not getting or i am having a problem.

I purchased this component and installed it on a linux sever (bluehost.com) and in the the settings it says:

So I cannot have addon domains with a different template... even if i change the css of the css files under multisites/{site_id}/templates on the selected template it does not do anything at all, so what can I do?

I installed the hello files and when i go to hello.php on my main domain and on my addon domain it says that Symbolic Link is PRESENT , so why do I get that error? What do I need to do so every addon domain will use the template under multisites/{site_id}/templates rather than the main one?

If the "hello world" says that the symbolic link is present and that the JMS Settings menu says forbidden, you have to check the Global Configuration "tmp" and "logs" directories to ensure that you provided a path that have the permission.
Jms multisite uses these directories as temporary one to verify the symbolic links.

It seems in your case that the error 137 is due to a wrong "tmp" directory.
The path is "tmp/sym...."
Normally it should be /home4/flamenc7/public_html/portal/tmp/sym....

So verify your Global Configuration.
