I have small challenge with one slave website

the situation is that we created iphone application and want to use slave iphone.domain.com with "share the whole site" option with www.domain.com

Unfortunately only one plugin on www.domain.com is not compatible with iphone and should be disabled on iphone.domain.com but left active on www.domain.com

The only solution that I see is to modify the plugin to add a condition based on the Site ID to disable it dynamically.
