If I have a recommendation to give you, this is to follow the architecture presented in the tutorial video 0.b - slide 20 to 24 for the directory structure.

If your different boxes represent different websites, you probably need to share the users between the websites.

If you start from scratch, we recommend to have a master website without any content.
Just use it as a library where all the extension are installed.

After that, you can create your "corporate" website and later the other website that will share info with your corporate.
