Concerning the license, JMS multisite does NOT change the way the extension are working.

If the extension perform checks on the domain or have specific processing to verify the license, they may potentially require a license for each website.

Contact JomSocial to have more infos concerning their license.

So the number of license that you have to buy depends on the extension themselves and the way that manage the license. JMS does not change that.
