Hey Edwin. I have my sitemap.xml set to copy. and it isnt. i looked in cute ftp and is shows its not symlinked, but it is. I try to edit it in the component RSseo and is shows this, which is my master site root: I have jms setup to copy the file, but it isnt working. I need this to work. it is very important to have site specific sitemaps.

Ensure that you have each website deployed in a speciifc directory so that you could have the sitemap.xml specific for each slave site.

Hi Edwin, What do you mean about deployed slave site in a directory?... all sites are always in a directory for each. I´ve got the same problem. Thanks

This is not true that all site are ALWAYS in a directory for each. If you don't setup correctly, the directory can be the master. In most our tutorial video, we are setting up the "deploy folder" to have a specific directory. If you let the field empty, this is the master directory (not the slave site directory).
