I have tried to update to AceSEF 1.5.13 (published on 3th Jan) and after updating I cannot update patches in JMS. I have done it on localhost not on my live site (where I am using AceSEF 1.5.9 without problems) but I would like to upgrade if it works.

Would you please send us the AceSEF version 1.5.13 in the attachement of an email.
We will review it and try reproducing what you have described.
