When I installed Jomsocial 2.2 on my multisite config the system gave "500" errors on the community page. None of the slave sites would be installed either via install or mirror from master. All websites were completely dead...

I reinstalled the Version 2.0.6 and thankfully everything returned to normal.

Can you check the version out and let me know if the latest version is compatible...

I have correctly received the zip with your version of JomSocial 2.2.

Based on your screenshot, I would like to know if this problem occurs with a website that share JomSocial or on a website that has physically its own JomSocial.

Based on what I see, I suspect that you are sharing the JomSocial and this is the slave site that share the JomSocial that would have the error.
If this is correct, I suspect that JomSocial changed the layout of a table in the DB and add new fields. The MySQL error mentioned a column that is not present.
If you shared the JomSocial, uninstall JomSocial and re-share it with the Jms Tool menu.

MySQL (not Jms Multi Sites) save a snapshot of the columns present in the table when it perform a link between tables. When the layout is modified, you have to delete the link and rebuild it to have the new columns defined.

I have received the JomSocial 2.2 to check.
It is in my queue and not yet analyzed it.
So I don't know yet.

After upgrading to JomSocial 2.2 on my main site, I got a very similar error to what was posted above. So I uninstalled the JomSocial component via the Multi Site Tools, but now when I try to share or even install it back into the slave site, nothing happens. Only a red x shows in the status column after I execute it.

Any ideas as to what could be causing the action to fail or how I can find out what's causing the problem?

Red cross mean that the extension name is not defined in Jms Multi Sites.
Check the name that you have in the tooltip over the JomSocial.
Theorically, you should have "com_community" as extension name.

If this is not the "com_community" name, this may explain why you have a red X.
In the 2.2.0 that we rechecked recently, this is still "com_community".

If you have a newer version, please send us this version in the attachement of an email.

If this is the same version, try to add a screenshot with the tooltip displayed when you have the cursor over the "JomSocial" component.
