TOPIC: Multisite Content Module error

Multisite Content Module error 12 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I just purchased your Multisite Content module. I installed the newsflash module in both the master site and the slave site. I moved an article on the master site into a new category and have set the newsflash module to use that article from the master site. The article just contains a table with some data in it. It doesn't use any plugins, it is straight html. I have menu items that are using the multisite article sharing. I tried purging the converted files, but that didn't make any difference.

At the top of the multisite newsflash module the following error is displayed:
Warning: fopen(JPATH_COMPONENT_ORIGINAL/helpers/route.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/exclstag/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 240
And at the top of the content area the following system message is displayed:
JFile::read: Unable to open file: 'JPATH_COMPONENT_ORIGINAL/helpers/route.php'

The following is installed:
Joomla 1.5.20
Multisite 1.2.38 Multisite Content 1.0.12
JCE, Sourcer & KC Cufon are the only non-Joomla project 3rd party extensions installed on the site.

PHP Built on: Linux host.bc-cms-hosting.com 2.6.18-028stab070.5 #1 SMP Fri Sep 17 15:37:23 MSD 2010 i686
Database Version: 5.0.92-community
Database Collation: latin1_swedish_ci
PHP Version: 5.2.12
Web Server: Apache
Web Server to PHP interface: cgi-fcgi

Any idea what could be causing this issue or how to fix it?

Thank you.

I suggest that you update your JMS with latest 1.2.56 AND the Multisites Content with 1.0.13

See Article Sharing fix in 1.0.13
