Hello, i have this same problem in joomla 1.7 fresh install of master and slave.
When try to change global configuration in slave I get:

Check that the symbolic links are correctly created in the
/home/mlnstref/public_html/edupromo/multisites/kredka/

I suspect that the "administrator" symbolic link directory is not present or that you don't have access to the directory.

The error message let suppose this directory does not exist or that you server is not able to follow the symbolic links.

The occurs when the application try to access the

/home/mlnstref/public_html/edupromo/multisites/kredka/administrator/components/com_config/views/application/view.php

Verify that you can access this files and it exists and has correct files permission and ownership

The file in this path is all right. The admin panel is working, i can write articles.

Only changing global conf displays error.

Check the path again as PHP tell you that the files can not be found.
So if it does not find a file, this is either because there is wrong path, or no permission to access or the file.
