TOPIC: Dropdown filters dont show all options

Dropdown filters dont show all options 12 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 1
I mentioned this bug before about a year ago but it's still not fixed. The dropdown filters, Multisites > Slaves/List and also in the backend under "manage multisites", only show options for the current list of records and not total. So for example the list will show 20 records by default. If those visible 20 records only belong to 1 database, then I only get that one database as an option in the dropdown list. It SHOULD show me ALL my options regardless of whats being shown so that I can filter by what I can't see in front of me. I have 4 databases I'm using, it should show all, even if the list of 20 all belong to one database. This happens for all dropdown filters.

You can always enter a value in the "filter field" to get the records that you search.

We noticed your requirement.

That's assuming you know all the options to actually type in. The point is so that it will show all the options that you are not aware of. Otherwise, why have a dropdown filter if the person is supposed to know what to search for?

Retry with JMS 1.2.73.
We have modified the behavior to display the information based on all the sites as you requested.

Hi Edwin,

I updated to 1.2.73, however the dropdowns in Multisites > Manage Sites are not showing all options. For example, under "Select Owner" I only see one user and only that users sites are listed on the current page. If I navigate to another page where there are other users, those users do show in the dropdown.
