Hello,

Recently I have transferred working setup of 1 master and 2 slave website to another server which is having following problem.(New Server Linux,supports Symbolic links)

I have configured two slave websites which show their individual home page but do not show other article pages ..

however,master website works fine.(both frontend and backend)

When I try to login on backend of slave website,it shows login page to enter username and password but does not authenticate administrator

Note : all configuration.php files are configured properly with db connection information

Hope you can help me to understand what's wrong ...

Can you give more detailled on your environment setting.

Do you use Joomla 1.5 ?
Do you have the user shared between the websites ?

If Joomala 1.5 and shared users, verify that you are still using the same domain name.
The session might be shared and if you don't try to login with the correct domain name, apache will not give you the hand.

In Joomla 2.5, the configuration is defined in the "cookie domain" parameter.
So you have to verify that you are using the correct domain name.
