I am trying to decide whether to purchase v1.2 or v1.3.

1) Will it be weeks or months before v1.3 is a stable release?

2) If I build my sites around a stable v1.2, can it be easily upgraded to v1.3 or will the site structure have to be rebuilt in v1.3? Also, can the upgrade from a beta to a stable v1.3 be done easily in the admin or will I have to start from scratch?

Thank you.

We would like to have JMS 1.3 stable before the Joomla World Conference where we are speaker in november.
We expect to stop JMS 1.2 update in december 2012.
We are also waiting the Joomla 3.0 stable to complete JMS 1.3.
Beta 5 is currently partially compatible with Joomla 3.0 beta 1.

We think that the JMS 1.3 core is at least stable as in JMS 1.2
Only the new features require a little more maturity but the core is ok.
