TOPIC: Template Problem
#11680
Template Problem 10 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
I've had a copy of JMS 1.2.x for some time to get accustomed to JMS. Now I am read for deployment, I think.

I am trying to create a template that will provide a fresh install but still allow for some of the master db records to be shared. However, unless I create a new site with 'Fresh slave site' template ALL of the master DB records are copied over.

Mainly I would like to allow for user sharing, but I don't want all of the categories and articles from the master DB copied over. What am I doing wrong this time?

EDIT: I forgot to mention I have JMS 1.3 now.

EDIT: Nevermind ... this post answered my question: help.jms2win.com/en/forum/30-general-que...-slave?lang=en#11626
