I have download the zip file of plugin. But i got j15 and j16 only in zip.

I think it is for joomla 1.5 and joomla 1.6 While i am running my website on joomla 3.3.3

So I didnot get any menu in joomla admin panel regarding multisite.

All our product package can be installed on any version of Joomla.
Check for the product that you have purchased the version in the product detail (this website).
You will know for which version it is supposed to work.
The "j16" version correspond to all the Joomla 1.6 and higher version (including J3.x).
This is just because Joomla changed the manifest XML format that we had to create 2 directories.

Therefore, for J3.3.3 this is normally the directory j16 that is executed to install the extensions.

I suppose that you make reference to the plugin that you have purchased and not to the component that you seems not have downloaded yet.
Concerning the plugin, you have to search in the "plugins" and not in the component.
You also have a user manual that explain the extension.
