Multisites installation asks me to upgrade:

Version 1.3.66 - basic (Latest available: 1.3.67)
Patches definition Version 1.3.62 (Latest available: 1.3.62)

I go to my client area and I see the latest version 1.3.67 (com_multisites_V1.3.67_basic) download it and install it, but the component continues to claim I am using 1.3.66

Patches are all green.

Any thoughts?

Yes Jamie, I confirm the issue.
I have forgotten to update the version number in the basic and medium edition.

I will fix that with the next release 1.3.68
