We have a multisites-installation and today the customer complained that certain menu-items were not working correctly.

It seems that, when Joomla-Cache is activated, it can lead to overlaps and clicking on a menu-item in the master-site then shows content/modules from a subsite. The cache-folder is shared among all sites.

Deactivating Joomla-Cache helps.

Are you aware of such an issue and can you help with this?

Theorically, if you deployed the website into specific directories, you should have specific cache directory for the front-end.
Only the /administrator/cache is shared as the /administrator directory is shared.

The thing that you have to verify is that the other sites are setup in your apache to have a specific directory.
As JMS is able to display the correct website with parked domains, then in this case the cache directory may be shared.

So the first thing to check is that you have effectivelly specific /cache directory for each website and that they are not shared as expected.
