This is what I got after installing....


JFolder::create: Could not create directory

Install Component Success


Probably a permissions issue. I went ahead and registered and will begin using the component. Please let me know if there are some files I should manually copy.

Exactly, this is a permission issue.

Search in this forum, I have replied many times on similar problem.

On Unix platform, try to use the Joomla FTP layer (see tutorial step 15) to bypass the permission issue.
If Windows platform, see the FAQ on how to increase permission.

This may be due to different owner or group of files and folder that is used by your apache or IIS.
If Unix, this may be due to Joomla that you have installed with a user that has more priviledge than apache.
