After installing a template for a sub-site and putting the new template folder in multisites/<siteid>/templates/<template name>/ I cannot just create a simple html/ folder to handle the over-rides in a stock manner... I found I need to create the template directory in the stock location to over-ride this functionality. Why? Is this planned on being fixed?
