Get error display after create slave_1.a

Error(1) [1142] query [CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW m12slslave_1b_users AS SELECT * FROM `masteral_jms`.`m12sl1_users`]. DB Error: CREATE VIEW command denied to user 'masteral_jms'@'localhost' for table 'm12slslave_1b_users' SQL=CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW m12slslave_1b_users AS SELECT * FROM `masteral_jms`.`m12sl1_users`

Seems like we have not setup correctly the permissions/access rights for the database tables for the Slaves sites. Kindly advise where we may have done wrongly in the cPanel to setup the database/table user accounts/permissions.

Will appreciate very much an early reply and assistance.

This is a "command denied to user" error returned by MySQL and discuss plenty of times in the forum.

Review the privileges of you MySQL user to give him the permission to create and show views.
