The both URL helios.northernontario.travel/multisites/northbay/ and norddelontario.com/ return 403 access forbidden. I don't see relation with a working website that does not provide the RSS. Only the northernontario.travel/northbay can be accessed but I have not saw the RSS element. In which page can I see the RSS working

I solved my problem! Discovered that the server htaccess file was putting a block on ips and this is why the rss feed could not get access. Thanks a lot for your help.
