I already tried to give it but that does not seems clear to everybody.

I saw you have a new upgrade for JMS but I diden't receive your email with the update link.

We are using JMS 1.2.5 right now and I saw you have released 1.2.6 Please send the update to me.

To get the latest version JMS 1.2.26, see the faq www.jms2win.com/faq#sec-122
that give the procedure and also a video how to proceed.

Thank you for your reply.

Regarding the version 1.2.6 I can't download it with the download ID I have. It is comming up with a error message in red just saying error.

Last time we downloaded you sent to us by email the download ID. Please send it for 1.2.6 as well.

The procedure to get the latest version is explained in the FAQ and there is also a video.
You also have a link in JMS application that you just have to click.
See the check patches or the about us menu where you should have the link.

Hi, FH45,

I too am having the same error message. I am not on Hostgator, but I believe the issue might be related as I am with Rackspace. Could you provide some insight to your resolution?
